Flying Dagger

A name like Flying Dagger builds up expectations, and Codecasa’s midsummer 2009 launch does not disappoint. The 135-foot hull is painted a metallic anthracite gray, while the light gray superstructure provides a refined contrast. The six-stateroom performance yacht reaches a top end of 34 knots, while holding up to 12 guests. This is the second yacht of the same name that Codecasa has built for the same client. The sharp-edge dagger has a softer side: Interior designer Ivana Porfiri used white furnishings and other decor in the modern interior. The main salon features side windows with a central skylight, and the guest area is separated from the bridge by a handcraft glass artwork called D’apres Yves Klein.
