Monterey Car Week Features Multi-Million-Dollar Hypercars from the Middle East

At this year's Monterey Car Week, the U.A.E.'s W Motors showed off two impressive hypercar concepts, the Fenyr SuperSport and the Lykan HyperSport shown in the video. When it debuted at the Qatar Motor Show in 2013, the ground-breaking Lykan HyperSport impressed attendees with its ability to lunge from zero to 62 mph in 2.8 seconds and give chase at up to 240 mph thanks to its 780 hp, 3.7-liter flat-6 engine (producing 708 ft lbs of torque). Referencing the Greek word for “werewolf,” the Lykan features diamond-encrusted headlights, reverse-dihedral doors, holographic instrumentation, and gold-stitched seats. These performance characteristics and attention to detail, along with a distinct body design and a price tag of $3.4 million, earned the car a starring role in the 2015 film Furious 7. Coincidentally, only seven bespoke examples are planned for production. Click here to read more!
