Best of the Best 2011: Business Aircraft: Super Midsize: Bombardier Challenger 300

The Bombardier Challenger 300 (514.861.9481, www.bombardier.com) can fly coast to coast—and farther—nonstop at a cruising speed as fast as 540 mph while carrying eight passengers. In addition to a range of 3,560 miles, it has a spacious cabin. The seating area measures 28.6 feet long, 7.2 feet wide, and 6.1 feet tall (at its tallest point), which means most passengers can get to their seats without ducking their heads. The $24.3 million aircraft includes 106 cubic feet of storage space in an external compartment, which is accessible during flight.
