Fractional provider Flexjet has rolled out the new Flexjet Red Label program that grants its customers access to a fleet of jets with newly customized interiors, featuring a warm color palette, customized seating configurations, and close attention to craftsmanship and detail. Each airplane in the Red Label fleet—which includes models from Bombardier, Embraer, and Gulfstream—will have its own dedicated flight crew to make the fractional experience more like owning your own airplane. Flexjet also announced that next year it will add brand-new Embraer Legacy 450 midsize business jets to its fleet that will be fitted with the Red Label interiors.  Flexjet also recently took delivery of its first Embraer Legacy 500, which it has added to its fractional fleet.

The Legacy 450’s cabin is 6 feet, 10 inches wide by 6 feet tall, with seating for up to eight passengers. The club seats, covered in hand-stitched leather and suede, fully recline to a lie-flat bed. The design is the first jet in its class with full fly-by-wire technology and sidestick flight controls. It has a top cruising speed of 632 mph and a range of up to 2,963 miles. Flexjet says the new Legacy 450 will become the principal midsize jet in its fleet. The Red Label fleet also will include the Learjet 75LXi, the Challenger 350, and the Gulfstream G450, G500, and G650—all of which are less than 5 years old. (flexjet.com)
