Trinity Destination Fox Harb’r Too

The Trinity Destination Fox Harb’r Too (Northrop and Johnson, 954.522.3344, www.njyachts.com) takes its name from the award-winning Fox Harb’r Golf Resort & Spa, in Nova Scotia, with which the boat also shares its owner. Designer Patrick Knowles refers to the decor as a “five-star spa,” an apt description given the granite and travertine stonework, lacewood and mahogany woodwork, and pebble-filled bathroom tiles. While the interior furnishings of many other yachts this size are high-gloss and ornate, Destination Fox Harb’r Too’s are natural and calming. But that does not mean the yacht, which accommodates 12 and has a weekly base rate of $230,000, is anything less than luxurious. Its master suite, for example, features a stunning split-level design and a panoramic view over the bow. And in the galley, chef Benoit Mercier—who took home a prize at the recent Antigua Charter Yacht Show’s Concours de Chef competition—whips up handmade, liqueur-filled chocolates and other gourmet treats.
