Built on spec, the first Overmarine Mangusta 110 (www.overmarine.com) found a buyer within hours of its arrival in Florida in February for its debut at the Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show. The roughly $16 million model, which is the newest from the Italian shipyard, has a number of selling points, such as a spacious foredeck lounge area and a flybridge that can include a second helm station. The lower deck’s standard configuration includes four staterooms that together can sleep as many as 10 people. The yacht is powered by two MTU 16V 2000 M94 engines and Kamewa water jets that enable a top speed of 33 knots. A gyroscopic stabilizer and advanced soundproofing ensure a smooth and quiet ride.
