For these open-backed circum-aural cans, the 60-plus-year-old brand pairs a flat-wire voice coil and two-layer diaphragm in each ear cup with a neodymium magnet driver to provide a clean musical punch that aptly befits the Q-man’s perfectionist nature when it comes to audio reproduction.
