Front Runners May 2015: Suits, Drinks, and Tips

The Italian menswear brand Isaia (isaia.it) will open stores in Manhattan and Beverly Hills later this year; for the summer, it will reopen its seasonal shop on Capri. The island establishment attracts visitors as much for its selection of tailored clothes and sportswear as for its bar, music, and outdoor seating. On most weekends, company president and chief executive officer Gianluca Isaia welcomes visitors and dispenses wardrobe advice. “People are on vacation and they come in the store relaxed and want to learn about the brand,” says Isaia, whose grandfather started the brand in the 1920s.
