Season after season, Véronique Nichanian—artistic director of men’s clothing and accessories at Hermès (hermes.com)—delivers designs that are sophisticatedly simple and easy to wear. For spring she has added a sporty element to her purposeful concept. “I always want to bring new experiences to men, to bring them the comfort they’ve discovered in sporting clothes with new proportions and lightness,” she says. Pieces to try on include this lightweight, reversible lambskin jacket ($11,900) lined with water-resistant Toilovent, a polyamide-and-elastane blend that Nichanian developed especially for Hermès.
