Calvisius Caviar Lounge

    Most visitors to the Calvisius Caviar Lounge in the Four Seasons Hotel New York are surprised to learn that the fine white-sturgeon and osetra caviars they are tasting come from Italy, not Russia. The small, sleek lounge, which opened in March, serves nothing but caviar dishes, Champagne, Italian wine, and vodka.
