Chef Daniel Boulud will host his annual Fall Game Dinner on November 18 at his restaurant Daniel in New York. The proceeds will benefit the Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation, an organization that helps develop and support promising young American chefs. In its sixth year, this lavish and exclusive dinner began at the request of Boulud’s friends, a group of game enthusiasts, who encouraged him to prepare dishes with the fruits of their fall game hunts. The evening, which is $1,000 per person, begins with champagne and a wild-game charcuterie buffet then Boulud presents a five-course dinner featuring game that isn’t easily found in American restaurants.
