American Harvest

What could be more American than a 100-percent-organic small-batch . . . vodka? Unlike certain other spirits, vodka can be made anywhere, and in this case, that happens to be in Rigby, Idaho. American Harvest uses organic winter wheat grown on a family-owned sustainable farm, and water pumped from aquifers deep beneath the Snake River Plain. The pure distillate is then column-distilled using wind power for one-third of the electricity, after which it undergoes a four-step charcoal filtration process. The result is a pure spirit that has no artificial additives or preservatives, with a sweet, buttery quality and a slight bite in the finish.
