For his namesake firm’s first corporate project, the New York–based architect and interior designer Tony Ingrao (see Portfolio in the May/June 2013 issue of Robb Report Home & Style) has partnered with the forthcoming (late 2014) Baccarat Residences. Ingrao will create 61 luxury residences on floors 18 through 49 of the New York City building at 20 West 53rd St., which has been designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and will also include a Baccarat hotel on floors one through 17.

The residences will offer a range of luxury housing—from 934-square-foot, one-bedroom condominiums to a 7,381-square-foot, two-story penthouse with 14-foot-high ceilings and a private terrace—and feature Ingrao’s distinctive touches. Living rooms will have 6-inch-wide white oak flooring with a custom stain. Kitchens will include SieMatic cabinetry, stain-resistant polished white granite countertops, and Miele and Sub-Zero appliances. Bathrooms will offer soaking tubs, marble floors and vanities, and Fantini Milano polished chrome rain-jet showerheads.

Elsewhere on the property, Ingrao will also add his design signature. The residents’ lobby will showcase a dark bronze entry hall, a polished white marble floor with black marble insets, and floor-to-ceiling mirrored-glass walls flanked by wood paneling.

Prices for the residences range from $3.5 million to $60 million.
