1} LACROIX  The maker of winter-sports equipment and accessories has crafted a special-edition set of skis exclusively for the Cheval Blanc resort in Courchevel, France. The pair (about $6,090), which bears the resort’s initials, consists of a diamond-sharpened fiber-metal structure over a wood core. The design marries lightness, elasticity, and shock absorption in a stylish pair available only through Cheval Blanc (+33.4.79.00.50.50, www.chevalblanc.com). 2} MONCLER  In 2009, the singer-songwriter and fashion guru Pharrell Williams collaborated with Moncler on puffer jackets, and now he is focused on eyewear. 3} CHANEL  Fur earmuffs and matching fur-and-cashmere mittens, as well as a cashmere stole and a blue fur hat (all priced from $1,200 to $3,675), are just some of Chanel’s cozy and stylish offerings this season. 4} HERMÈS  These men’s hiking boots ($1,425 per pair) from the French luxury brand’s fall 2013 collection illustrate this year’s theme: “A Sporting Life.” Composed of leather and featuring rugged, thick-tread rubber soles for traction and durability, the boots are available with laces and lining in the brand’s signature orange hue—a flash of color to brighten a brisk winter’s day. 800.441.4488, usa.hermes.com
