District 36

<< Back to Home & Style, March 2014

Just blocks away from the Design District but separated by Interstate 195, the newly announced District 36 promises 60,000 square feet of retail space for eight to 10 showrooms on NE 36th Street at NE First Avenue. Another compelling aspect of the project is its promise of a pedestrian link between Midtown and the Design District. The complex is slated for completion in 2015 by the Terra Group, with marketing handled by the Comras Co., which was responsible for bringing many high-end retailers to South Beach’s Lincoln Road.
