High Chair

The seating manufacturer Stylex, based in New Jersey, has released a stately new office chair this month. The Insight Executive, which ranges in price from $776 to $3,623, is a high-backed version of the 58-year-old brand’s popular Insight line of office chairs and is available with back heights of 20.5 inches, 24 inches, and 28 inches. Each of the three sizes features fixed or adjustable arms in five finishes that include chrome plating and polished aluminum. (Armless versions also are available.) The chair itself comes in a multitude of fabrics and leathers in numerous colors from deep red to traditional black, and its rolling base is available in powder-coated or polished aluminum or an optional glass-filled nylon.
