Earlier this month, the residential community of Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort began selling residences in its newest neighborhood, Marceline. For each of the 19 one-quarter-acre parcels within the enclave, which, like the rest of Golden Oak, is located four miles from the Orlando, Fla., theme park, buyers can choose from predesigned homes in eight architectural styles, including Tuscan, Spanish Revival, Dutch Colonial, and Italianate, and customize the interiors to their liking. The homes will range in size from 3,800 square feet to 4,500 square feet, with home prices starting at $1.7 million.
