Mountain-view Debut

Capella Hotels & Resorts’ first North American project recently opened in Telluride, Colorado. Located in the center of the Mountain Village, at an elevation of 9,540 feet and just steps from the town’s gondola, the project comprises 100 condo-hotel units and 48 residential units. The interiors feature wood-beam ceilings, stone floors, and other elements that embrace the natural surroundings and the area’s mining-village past. Additional highlights include a ski valet and an indoor pool and hot tub with mountain views. The outdoor ice skating rink is scheduled to open in November. (970.728.8768, www.capellatelluride.com)
