An all-star design team combining the Swiss architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron, the Paris-based interior design firm PYR (Pierre-Yves Rochon), and the landscape architecture firm Raymond Jungles is creating Jade Signature, the newest condominium tower in the Jade series of luxury residences from the developer Fortune International. The 57-story project, to be located just north of Miami Beach, in Sunny Isles, is scheduled for completion by late 2016. Among the building’s notable design elements are enormous wraparound terraces, which will serve as 30 percent of the living space for each residence, and floor-to-ceiling glass window walls that will allow natural light to illuminate the sleek interiors. Amenities will include a spa and an oceanfront resort deck with a pool, cabanas, a fire pit, and a bar.

Prices range from $1.8 million to $26 million for the 192 one- to five-bedroom residences, which range from 1,400 square feet to 10,500 square feet. Six guest suite studio apartments, priced from $775,000 to $950,000, will be located on the property’s spa level and will be available for purchase to buyers of the three-bedroom and larger units.
