Using an immersion-brewing technique that maintains precise control of temperature, pressure, volume, and time throughout the brewing process, the Blossom One Limited coffeemaker (www.blossomcoffee.com) gets the most out of every bean. The $11,000 machine is the size of a French press and has built-in Wi-Fi and scanning features that enable professional and recreational baristas to share brewing recipes with other Blossom One owners. Blossom Coffee, the San Francisco–based company that makes the machine, delivers and installs each unit and offers a complimentary year of support and maintenance services.
