Released in May, the Lalique Soulmates jewelry collection (www.lalique.com) incorporates the butterfly motif that has appeared in the company’s designs for more than a century. The white-gold Ailes de Psyché ring shown here is priced at $12,000 and available at Lalique’s boutiques in Beverly Hills and New York. The ring features a brilliant-cut aquamarine encircled by 14 mother-of-pearl cabochons and eight butterflies of varying sizes fashioned from 77 blue sapphires, 88 aquamarines, and 8 diamonds.
