Judith Ripka’s Mouthwatering Jewels

  • Jill Newman

The jewelry designer Judith Ripka has created a captivating collection of jewelry for Valentine’s Day that goes far beyond the standard heart motif. Known for employing an array of colorful and exotic gemstones and diamonds in gold and sterling-silver pieces, Ripka this time turned to a pale-pink stone aptly named guava chalcedony. She combined it with diamonds and pink tourmalines in a collection of elegant designs, priced from $2,900 to more than $20,000 for a large diamond-studded, 18-karat-gold cuff.
