FrontRunners: Red on the Greens

<< Back to Robb Report, Rolls-Royce’s New Series II Phantoms

In recent years, Ferrari has lent its brand to surfboards, bicycles, and even a theme park. The carmaker’s latest nonmotorized venture is the Ferrari Golf Collection (www.ferrarigolfcollection.com), which includes shoes, umbrellas, moisture-wicking polo shirts, and golf bags made from Poltrona Frau leather (the same material used in Ferrari GT interiors). The accessories, designed in collaboration with golf-equipment manufacturer Cobra, are priced from $45 to $2,400. The collection’s lone golf club is the $2,000 Cobra Ferrari Driver, which is similar to Cobra’s ZL Encore but has a higher tail edge and a smoother bottom. The club is designed to move through a drive like a Ferrari: fast and smooth.
