Beverly Hills Hotel Unveils Its Newly-Renovated Features

The famous Beverly Hills Hotel cabanas and poolside restaurant—which have appeared in numerous films over the decades featuring Hollywood’s A-list celebrities—have been given a facelift. Under the guidance of Tihany Design, the 11 poolside cabanas have been updated with hand-painted murals, new furnishings, and the latest technology, and guests can reserve the hotel’s new pool terrace—which accommodates up to 100 people over two levels—for private parties overlooking the pool.

The hotel also unveiled its redesigned Cabana Café as part of its two-year restoration, which began last year. The palm-tree-covered pool deck features an open kitchen and a separatebar area, as well as a new, more expansive poolside menu. Guests can order Mediterranean-style small plates and entrees, wood-fired pizzas, and wine delivered directly to their chaise longues. The café will also remain open for dinner service for the first time through the fall, thanks to additional heating.

The next phase of renovations taking place over the next year involves the guest rooms and suites. Rates start at $710 a night. (310.276.2251, www.beverlyhillshotel.com)
