Located near the Temple of the Sun, the Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection hotel in Cusco, Peru, reopened on August 1 following an extensive refurbishment. The 203-room property, which is surrounded by Incan and colonial buildings, is designed in a combination of Spanish colonial and authentic Peruvian style, but with all the amenities of modern hotel. It is home to the Inti Raymi restaurant, which serves local and organic cuisine, and an expansive spa; it is also near the city’s major attractions. Rooms start at $315 a night.
