Room to Grow

Since its launch in 2001, Time & Place has been providing short-term luxury-home rentals with five-star concierge service. The company has spent more than a decade developing its portfolio of design-worthy properties in destinations such as Palm Springs, Calif.; Nantucket, Mass.; and Marbella, Spain. Now, on the heels of the company’s recent acquisition by Club Holdings (the parent company of the destination club the Quintess Collection), Time & Place plans to add additional vacation properties to its rental pool, and to provide guests with access to special events and behind-the-scenes tours at museums, wineries, and other venues. The company expects to have rental contracts at 200 homes in 35 destinations around the world, including St. Martin; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Fire Island, N.Y.; by year’s end. Prices begin at $300 per night for city apartments to $40,000 per week for sprawling estates.
