El Encanto is a newly restored hotel in Santa Barbara, Calif., situated on 7 acres of landscaped gardens with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Conjuring up images of old Hollywood glamour, the property has 92 California-style bungalows and a new spa, which features seven treatment rooms and a relaxation room. El Encanto is also home to the Dining Room, a restaurant specializing in coastal California cuisine that offers both indoor and outdoor dining and has an extensive wine list dedicated to Santa Barbara. Other amenities include a fitness center with a private salon for yoga and Pilates, and the use of electric bikes for outdoor excursions. Rates start at $525 a night.
