Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas opened last month on Saadiyat Island, a small landmass less than a mile off Abu Dhabi’s coast with white-sand beaches, natural mangrove forests, and a protected turtle habitat. In addition to five miles of pristine beaches and a Gary Player–designed golf course, the new hotel has 306 rooms, suites, and villas starting at about $326 per night, many with their own terraces, plunge pools, outdoor rain showers, and sun beds. The property has four swimming pools, a two-floor spa featuring gemstone, diamond, and caviar treatments, and indoor and alfresco dining venues offering authentic Middle Eastern specialties and Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
