Sneak Peek: SLS Hotel South Beach

SLS Hotel South Beach opened in the former Ritz Plaza Hotel last month, featuring 130 guest rooms and 10 villas with views of the beach and the city skyline. For dining, the hotel features the Bazaar by José Andrés, which serves contemporary Latin fare, and Katsuya by Starck, a Japanese restaurant with a second-floor lounge. There is also an 8,000-square-foot oceanfront lounge, a salon, and two pools, one of which features private cabanas where guests can get poolside spa treatments.
