Your Own Vintage War Bird Fleet

Pilots looking for a unique challenge now can purchase a $10,000 annual membership in the Pacific Prowler Command in Fort Worth, Texas, and gain access to a fleet of rare vintage warbirds. The nonprofit group operates a North American B-25 Mitchell bomber and a Douglas C-47 military transport aircraft, both from the World War II era. The membership includes second-in-command training in the airplane of your choice, plus deep discounts on the $2,000 to $3,000 hourly fees to fly the airplanes and take your friends and family for an unforgettable ride. Each member also gets a hand-painted World War II-style leather “Prowler Command” flight jacket. Further training is available for those who want to qualify as captain.
