FrontRunners: Founder’s Art

<< Back to Robb Report, 21 Ultimate Gifts 2013

At home on the track or on display in a modern-art gallery, the Ecosse Moto Works Founder’s Edition Race ( marks the end of the production run for the Heretic, the Denver company’s flagship model. In 2004, Ecosse founder Donald Atchison created two versions of the Heretic, a street model for the public and a race model for himself. This 190 mph bike is essentially that race version, though it includes a (barely) muffled exhaust and can be fitted with other street essentials such as turn signals and mirrors. The Founder’s Edition Race has a starting price of $107,000.
