The Best of the Best 2003: Aftermarket – Becker Excursion

<< Back to Robb Report, Best of the Best

Becker Automotive Design clients usually make three requests. They want a vehicle that does not look ostentatious, does not create resentment, and gets the green light from their personal security personnel. The Becker Excursion meets all three criteria and offers interior features that belie the Ford’s modest exterior. Prices start at $85,000, although most owners order options that raise the cost to about $175,000.

One of the most popular options is wireless Internet access. Becker’s systems include cellular and satellite connections. Owners can log on via laptop docking stations and view web sites and e-mails on a 30-inch LCD screen. The mobile office also functions as a rolling entertainment center with a home theater system.
