The Istanbul boatbuilder Numarine has let fly its newest creation, the 70 Flybridge motor yacht. Captains have their pick of pilot stations, steering from either the main deck or the 70-foot yacht’s namesake feature for a more panoramic perspective. Versatility also abounds when it comes to leisure space, with ample seating on the flybridge (which also finds room for a teak dining table and wet bar), a sun bed on the foredeck, another dining area aft, and a bathing platform outside of the personal watercraft storage compartment.
The climate-controlled main saloon entertains with a flat-screen television, a Bose sound system, and a galley with parquet flooring and a synthetic-stone workstation. Belowdecks, three en suite guest cabins offer an optional split-berth configuration while the master cabin—extending the full 17-foot beam—comes equipped with a walk-in closet and shower.
Powered by twin MAN 1,000 hp engines regulated by a ZF 500-1 IV gearbox, the yacht tops out at 34 knots, can maintain a cruising speed of 28 knots, and has a range of up to 425 nautical miles. The 70 Flybridge will make its first European landing at the Cannes Yachting Festival, September 8 through 13. (numarine.com)
