Brazilian Residence Resort Equipped for Sports

Nancy Wong Bryan

Fazenda Boa Vista honors the beauty of the Brazilian countryside with its dense woods, rolling hills, and tree-lined paths. Fifteen lakes dot the 1,730-acre property, which is located outside São Paulo and will consist of half-acre to two-acre homesites (from $153,700), homes (from $1.1 million), and undeveloped estancias (from $1 million) of up to nearly 20 acres. Residents will have access to an Arnold Palmer golf course (opening in 2012) and a Randall Thompson course (debuting this year), three polo fields, two arena-soccer fields, and an equestrian center.
