Exclusive First Look at the Best New Hotel Suite in Beverly Hills
Robb Report was in a festive mood after getting an exclusive first look at the new Presidential Suite at Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. The suite’s March debut topped off a 10-month renovation of the beloved Beverly Hills hotel, and there is no better place to celebrate the occasion. The 3,200-square-foot space is built for entertaining, with a 12-seat formal dining room, a screening room outfitted with chaise lounges, and a games room and study where guests can enjoy a nightcap over a match of chess.
The one-bedroom suite (with an optional second bedroom) also features five balconies overlooking tree-lined Burton Way; a spa-treatment room; and a full kitchen where Oliver Quignon, executive chef of the hotel’s new contemporary French bistro Avec Nous, can cater a private feast. Like L’Ermitage’s other 116 suites—the smallest of which is 650 square feet—the Presidential Suite strikes a balance between contemporary chic and Hollywood glory days, with glamorous grays and purples, sparkling crystal fixtures, and Venetian cut-glass mirrors fit for a starlet.
Starting rates at L’Ermitage begin at $555 per night and go up to $25,000 for the Presidential Suite. (viceroyhotelsandresorts.com)
