Art of the Irish Coffee

1¼ oz. Powers Gold Irish whiskey
½ oz. demerara simple syrup
3 oz. freshly brewed coffee
1 oz. fresh (unsweetened) whipped cream
Combine whiskey, simple syrup, and coffee in a warmed 6 oz. stemmed wine goblet and top with whipped cream. Lightly dust with grated nutmeg and serve.
