- 1 oz. La Favorite Coeur de Canne rhum agricole
- 1 oz. jalapeño-infused tequila
- 1.5 oz. lime cordial (see recipe below)
- .5 oz. green Chartreuse
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled glass, garnish with a rose or basil leaf, and serve.
To make lime cordial:
Peel and juice 40 limes. Using an immersion blender, blend the juice with an equal amount of sugar. Add in the peels, cover, and chill overnight. Strain out the peels and store cordial in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
