Quarry Springs Opens Georgetown Model

On Saturday June 27 and Sunday 28, 2015, Quarry Springs presented the first look of its recently completed and furnished Georgetown model, designed by the award-winning Akseizer Design Group, for buyers, prospective homeowners, media and special guests to experience the luxury of the interior amenities in the estate community off River Road in Bethesda, Maryland.

The Georgetown model, which offers more than 3,300 square feet of living space plus two balconies, features an impressive list of Quarry Springs standard amenities, including a master suite with dual walk-in closets, luxury marble bath and balcony, a guest suite and a third bedroom or den with hall bath. The inviting foyer, ideal as an art gallery, leads to the large dining room, which is open to the living room with fireplace and balcony. The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, oversized island with seating, and direct access to the family room and balcony overlooking the community’s outdoor highlights.

The condos average 3,100 square feet, with some as large as 4,500 square feet, and range in price from $1.5 million to more than $4 million. Quarry Springs condos offer a unique opportunity to live in an exclusive enclave with direct access elevators, underground parking with a tunnel to the clubhouse, wraparound balconies on select models, climate-controlled storage, 10-foot ceilings, high-end finishes including Waterworks, and 24-hour services such as concierge. The first two buildings, totally 50 condominiums, are under construction with completion date planned for the fall.

In May, Quarry Springs opened its clubhouse, which offers a library, grand salon and lounge that extend onto an outside terrace that will overlook the pool. The Quarry Springs clubhouse also includes a lower level with fitness center featuring a yoga studio and spa, plus a steam room and sauna. Quarry Springs offers a “country club feel,” says Larry Goodwin of 1788 Holdings, with the community nestled on 13 acres on the site of the former Stoneyhurst Quarry.
