In early 2016 ground will break on a new 57-story glass high-rise that will take its place amidst the Miami skyline. Elysee Residences, a forthcoming residential community developed by the Florida firm Two Roads Development, is situated on the shores of the picturesque Biscayne Bay. Penned by Miami architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, the cylindrical waterfront property boasts stunning views of the ocean and cityscape.
Soon to be the tallest residential high-rise in the East Edgewater area, the tower will offer three- to five-bedroom condos and penthouse suites ranging from 2,660 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Parisian interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot conceived the French-inspired units, which will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors; private elevators and foyers; 10- to 11-foot ceilings; and two terraces. With no more than two condos per floor, each Elysee residence guarantees picture-perfect views of Biscayne Bay, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach.
Two of the tower’s floors will be dedicated to servicing residents with a wide array of amenities. The 7th floor offers a resort-style pool; an outdoor summer kitchen and barbecue terrace; a fitness center and yoga studio; a blow-dry bar; and a spa with a sauna, a steam shower, and massage rooms. The 30th floor includes a dining room with space for up to 30 guests, a chef’s kitchen with indoor and outdoor seating, a library, a private theater, a wine room, and a lounge and bar. Scheduled for completion in 2018, units are now available for reservation with prices ranging from $1.65 million to more than $10 million.
