Punta Mita Unveils New Oceanfront Real Estate Offerings and More Than $7M USD of New Amenities Within Luxury Master Planned Community

PUNTA MITA, MEXICO (March 2017) DINE, one of Mexico’s premier real estate developers, announces the launch of multiple real estate offerings for 2017 in Punta Mita, a gated, 1,500-acre master-planned, resort community on the southwest point of the Riviera Nayarit, including new pristine residences and oceanfront lots – Porta Fortuna Ocean Residences and IYARI Estates. The news comes in conjunction with the completion of more than U.S. $7 million in amenities, adding to the appeal of this exclusive second home destination.

“The focus on the expansion and development at Punta Mita reflects the growing demand for luxury resort homes that offer the finest amenities in an intimate setting with unmatched natural beauty,” said Andrés Rossetto, Managing Director of Punta Mita Development. “Buyers recognize the unique opportunity to own a new recreation property right on Mexico’s exclusive beach community. We find that our buyers are responding positively to the recently unveiled Porta Fortuna residences and the modern, spacious floor plans, turn-key convenience and resort lifestyle that Punta Mita offers.”

The residential offerings from DINE showcase the very best that the Punta Mita lifestyle has to offer, with unrivaled beach access, spectacular ocean views, expansive indoor/outdoor living spaces, top-of-the-line finishes, gourmet kitchens and contemporary styling rooted in Mexican traditions. Located on 14 acres of prime oceanfront land, Porta Fortuna encompasses six Ocean View Residences and five Oceanfront Residences. All residences are spaciously nestled between two golf fairways and boast sweeping views of the Bay of Banderas. Designed by renowned Mexican architect, Genaro Nieto, these four to six bedroom homes range in price from U.S. $3 million to over $4 million and include expansive pools and jacuzzis as well as spacious living/entertaining areas, two car garage and room to store the golf cart.

Part of the U.S. $7 million amenity expansion includes the new, Porta Fortuna Ocean Club, located steps from Porta Fortuna’s Ocean Residences.  This new ocean club offers a serviced ocean pool, access to the Club Punta Mita Surf Water Taxi exclusively designed for members of Punta Mita, and a ceviche and oyster bar overlooking the beautiful Bay of Banderas. The Punta Mita pier provides homeowners easy access to the bay and its surrounding calm waters, that are perfect for stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling or fishing and fine dining can be found in a casual seating at the popular Sufi restaurant.

DINE has also announced the sale of some of the last oceanfront estate sites in Punta Mita. Stretching out into Litibu Bay on Punta Mita’s north facing coastline, IYARI’s home sites are priced from U.S. $1.9 million to $2.5 million and offer owners gated privacy, unique and spectacular ocean views; and exclusive access to Playa IYARI, set on a secluded, soft sand beach.

Any whole ownership residence at Punta Mita qualifies for membership in the private Club Punta Mita, with an array of amenities including the existing two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses and Tennis Club, as well as Punta Mita Kupuri and Residents’ Beach Clubs. Residents also have access to St. Regis Sea Breeze Beach Club and a complete menu of services and activities, through Punta Mita’s Residential Concierge Services.

“The unveiling of Punta Mita’s enhancements paired with the announcement of our new real estate offerings have further positioned us as Mexico’s second home destination of choice at a time when the luxury destination market is gaining more strength,” said Brendan Wood, Sales and Marketing Director of Punta Mita Properties. “After the resounding sales success of the Four Seasons Private Villas and Las Marietas’ first phase release, 2017 is projected to be another successful year at Punta Mita.”

Additional amenity and property upgrades can be witnessed upon arrival with grandiose entrance gates and the addition of more than 400 palm trees in a welcoming round-about. Once inside, members and guests will notice a widened road and the newly opened Kupuri Beach Club featuring Navi Spa Services, Coritas Kids Club and the Punta Mita Ocean Sports Program.  And for those that like to bike, almost 4 miles of scenic cycling paths have been added throughout the property, allowing residents the opportunity to take in some of the breathtaking scenery while enjoying light exercise. DINE has invested nearly U.S. $200 million so far in the project’s infrastructure.
