Although Kiton is known as a preeminent source for tailored clothing, the company delivers much more. It has recently invested millions of dollars in developing new luxury textiles; it boasts the industry’s broadest vicuña offerings; and it took over a historic Milanese building for its new Italian flagship store, where clients will be treated to a tour de force not only of design but also of Italian cuisine, thanks to a new Kiton restaurant and bar that will open later this year. Moreover, after buying the Carlo Barbera mill and expanding its Neapolitan workshops, the brand launched extensive new collections of sportswear, accessories and footwear, and denim for 2014. Kiton’s versatility shows in (from far left) this cashmere-and-silk coat ($11,120), and cashmere sweater ($3,250), wool pants ($1,130), cotton shirt ($1,188), and hat ($840).
