Gucci Makes 3-D Eyewear Stylish

The Italian fashion house Gucci has created stylish 3-D glasses for optimum viewing of 3-D movies. The black plastic aviator frames with Gucci’s signature green- and red-striped detail were designed by Gucci’s creative director, Frida Giannini. These 1980s-style frames ($225) feature optically correct 6-base curved lenses with circular polarized technology, and an antireflective coating on the back of the lens—which reduces scattered light, glare, and blue light—for additional overall image quality. These fashionable frames, available exclusively in Gucci stores, are intended for movie viewing only. (www.gucci.com)
