Inspired Time

Italian watch company Bertolucci has unveiled a new jeweled timepiece for women this spring, decorated in a kaleidoscope of colors inspired by the Mediterranean coast. The Stria Luce is the latest incarnation of the brand’s classic Stria timepiece, which is known for its rippled gold case, meant to resemble a seashell. Only five pieces will be offered of the rose-gold watch, which features a rotating topaz glass cover, exposing precious stones hand cut in cabochon. Some of the stones dotting the shell-pattern polished case are 331 diamonds and 14 amethysts, peridots, topazes, and citrines. Orders for the $61,500 timepiece are being taken now for May delivery. (www.bertolucci-watches.com)
