Oliver Williams has been appointed General Manager of 16th century manor house hotel, Ellenborough Park. Oliver joined the 5-star property located in the Cotswolds, part of Michels & Taylor’s managed hotel portfolio, in mid-December with over 20 years of industry experience including his previous appointment as Hotel Manager at the award-winning Lime Wood in Hampshire.
Oliver spent the early years of his career as a food & beverage specialist, working with operators such as Gordon Ramsay Holdings, D&D London and Great British Menu’s Oliver Peyton. Oliver’s experience also includes roles as Food & Beverage Manager at The Zetter Hotel in London before he joined Lime Wood as Hotel Manager in 2010.
