Travelers visiting Los Angeles can find plenty of room to relax and entertain guests in the Penthouse Inspired by Vivienne Westwood. The new suite at the London West Hollywood hotel is scheduled to open next month, and it will be the largest in the city at 11,000 square feet. The 10th-floor, bi-level penthouse ($25,000 per night) boasts a bright and open design conceived by the British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood in partnership with Richmond Design and includes many original pieces from her interior-decor collections.
The penthouse’s Grand Salon features polished-stone floors, bespoke cabinets, and a Tibetan-wool, hand-spun rug emblazoned with Westwood’s logo. The impressive 5,000-square-foot outdoor terrace offers panoramic views of the city and enough space to entertain as many as 300 guests. A stay in the penthouse also includes one hour of private shopping at the Vivienne Westwood store in West Hollywood and his-and-her gift bags upon check-in.
Located in the chic West Hollywood neighborhood, the London West Hollywood is steps from the Sunset Strip and a short drive from the shopping mecca Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. (thelondonwesthollywood.com)
