Top 10 Most-Compelling Watches from Baselworld 2016

Baselworld, the weeklong luxury-watch fair that concluded March 24 in Basel, Switzerland, saw a dip in attendance this year. But what the show lacked in crowds it made up for with a modest but impressive roster of timepiece introductions. Titanium cases, slim silhouettes, black matte finishes, and blue dials were ubiquitous. As the Swiss watch industry grapples with a sagging global economy, collectors can take heart: A commitment to offering “value for money” was equally pervasive. Here are what we consider to be the 10 most-compelling wristwatches from Baselworld 2016.
