Colgin has been the reference point for single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon since its inaugural 1992 vintage. This iteration of Tychson Hill not only matches but perhaps surpasses the structure and style of its predecessors. The wine is extremely opulent and flamboyant, with notes of wild flowers, mocha, and crème de cassis. ($450)
