In the decade and a half since her husband, Gustav, passed away, Naoko Dalla Valle has raised the quality of production on this legendary estate to a new high. This fantastic hillside vineyard yields intensely flavored Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of dusty earth, tobacco, and blackberry fruit. Although this is a wine one can enjoy today, the next generation of one’s family will reap its ultimate rewards. ($175)
