Current owner Ted Simpkins purchased this 53-acre Alexander Valley estate, once known as the legendary Maacama Creek Winery, in 1995. The property’s sloping hillsides and abundant sunshine create a multitude of microclimates that lend their unique characteristics to Lancaster Estate’s hedonistic Cabernets. ($65)
