This beautiful winery produces such miniscule amounts of its substantial Cabernet Sauvignon that its annual production is almost immediately sold to a handful of exclusive restaurants and the few lucky members on its allocation list. Sourced from Napa Valley’s most prized vineyards, the wines have continued to grow more lovely since the release of the inaugural 1998 vintage. ($140)
